IN THE VINEYARD <\/span><\/h3>\n

In the vineyard there is a lot of manual labour. We do not carry out any chemical weeding and prefer grassing, organic fertilizers and the natural fight against parasites using antagonistic fungi and methods of sexual confusion for insects.\n<\/p><\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/4″][vc_column_text el_class=”bsf-ib bsf-ib-square_box”]\n

IN THE WINERY<\/h3>\n

The vinification is minimally invasive and the level of sulphites are very low. THE WINE<\/h3>\n

The result of our work is obtained from long skin maceration in the winery.
